Here we will show you various pieces of our terrain that we use to run our campaigns.
Most everything is made using materials that anyone could easily get a hold of.

Below are descriptions of the pieces and a brief list of what went into making
the items... ENJOY

Players discuss their plan to take the supply lane and warehouse.
A Zues and an Archer take cover behind some rocky outcroppings.
Broad panorama of the pursuing battle. An Assassin sneaks up on a Night Gyr as it sets its sight on the wounded Banshee.
A skirmish by the edge of the board, a Locust and a Javelin get the jump on a lone Crusader.
The base defenders futilely try to hold their line against the clan onslaught. The Jade Falcon opposition pushes back the Lyran 'mechs.
A Vulcan lights some trees on fire trying to mask itself from an attacking Banshee.
Game board set up and ready to go. Just a basic free for all battle in a moderately populated terrain board.
The inner sphere assaulters position themselves. This time we take the fight to the clanners.
Some palm templates. Everyone loves tropical Battletech.
A closeup of some of our miniatures. A Hunchback IIC, a Banshee, and a Pheonix Hawk. This picture shows what the "basecoat, ink, drybrush, drybrush" painting method with end up looking like on your figs.
A generator or perhaps a communications facility. Made from bubblegum containers and an old satellite dish from the millennium falcon.
Players reevaluate their original plan to split up when they see the entire WOB force in one group advancing.
Two flocked pieces of MDF board are used for the gaming surface. Each board is 70"x50" making the complete playing surface 70"x100" which roughly converts to 1.47 x 2.72 hex maps of playing surface.
Mountain top generator defended by a Grand Titan
Half of the gaming board to illustrate size.
A Bushwhacker advances and gains some cover behind a wooded hill top.
A Locust sneaks up on a Scarabus. Craters supplied by Les Batiments LLC.
And the Hunchback IIC says: "take a seat"
A Zeus knocks down a Bushwhacker
Some of our more elaborate hills. Made out of polystyrene (blue or pink insulation foam). Cut down with a hot knife or a hot wire cutter. Painted with acrylics and flocked.
A Hellhound has a Nova backed up against a rock spire.
Some more tropical combat.
The Hiitachi building! Made out of the plastic that a hard drive comes in with four half and half containers. Make sure you dry brush your buildings to give them a 'worn' look.
Individual tree's are mounted on fender washers and flocked so that they may be placed on top of hills to create a wooded elevation or placed inside light woods templates to create a heavy woods.
This Enforcer tries to pick a fight with a Commando while avoiding the Banshee.
A power plant built out of the following: a pocket knife case, styrofoam ball, Lemax christmas village walkway, the top to a $.25 machine container, and a piece from a random micro-machines display. All mounted on masonite, painted, flocked, and dressed up with some floral wire.
Some Marauders take partial cover behind some built up gun emplacements.
A rough ground template, polystyrene attached to masonite, painted and flocked.
Styrofoam! The packaging of electronics makes for quick buildings on the fly when you feel the urge for some urban combat.
A swamp template. Cut out of thin (not too thin) masonite board, with glazed card stock to seal the holes. Painted and flocked. The 'water' is envirotex glazing varnish.
A borrage of tanks assaults an Atlas.
Some tree templates, both deciduous and pine. Templates cut out of thin masonite. Painted and flocked. Rocks cut out of polystyrene are added to liven up the templates.
Terrain can be made out of stuff you find at home improvement stores... Spray paint cap, rubber chair stoppers, and a black piece of wire hose are some examples.
Close up of a shakedown with infantry.
Cork roads can be purchased at any local hobby retailer for cheap. They make quick disposable roads that can be cut to fit any size.
The Cicada moves on the flag but cannot capture it without hand actuators.
A brave Atlas tries to stop some advancing tanks.
A Lyran Panther (packing some heat in the form of a heavy ppc) has a surprise for an invading mercenary Marauder.
